Save Kumaon is a sharing space for information and knowledge. It is intended as a platform to bring together all those who are committed to preserve the pristine fragile environments of the Himalayas. With partnering, we envisage our reach to extend to the entire Himalayas, and globally. We help raise environmental and ecological awareness and promote sustainability. We encourage joining hands with partners whose prime intention is preservation, conservation, restoration and generating awareness.

Sattal Conservation Club: To preserve the pristine landscapes and lakes of the area, home to innumerable birds and butterflies.

IDEAL logo

IDEAL (Inclusive Development for Education and Learning) aims to build sustainable and self-reliant societies through education, advocacy, capacity-building and engineering and believes In the Power of Togetherness. A community of individuals seeking climatic resilience and conservation of planetary health

‘There Is No Earth B’ is a citizen movement that uses innovative technology to enable inclusive, organic and decentralized climate action and advocacy.

Since 2018 they’ve mobilized 11,364 citizens to divert and document the presence of 21,011 kg of non-biodegradable waste at Yamuna Bank, Sukhna Lake, Ridge Forest, and Sanjay Van.

Their climate advocacy work has mobilized over 1.8 lakh citizens to amplify the voices of indigeneous movements such as Save Kumaon, Save Dumna, Save Buxwaha. You can connect with them @thereisnoearthb on social media ✊🏽
